Directions from Pierre Elliot Trudeau International Airport (Dorval)

Pierre Elliot Trudeau International Airport is 12 miles (20 kilometers) west of downtown Montreal. The trip takes around 25 minutes in ideal weather and traffic conditions. If it is snowing, or if you are travelling at rush hour (weekdays at 7:00 - 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.), it can take up to 60 minutes.

By Taxi

Take a taxi from the taxi stand outside the terminal to 1801 McGill-College Avenue (south-east corner of McGill College Ave. and De Maisonneuve, Suite 1450) in downtown Montreal. The standard, regulated fare for this trip is currently CDN $35.00, but this is subject to change. The current rate is always posted on a sticker in the window of the taxi.

By Rental Car

NOTE: The signage in Quebec is primarily in French.

Exit from the airport on Autoroute 20, heading east (est) towards downtown (centre-ville). Follow the signs to Autoroute Ville-Marie (also called the 720). Stay on Autoroute Ville-Marie and take the De La Montagne (Nord)/Rue St-Jacques exit. Follow the signs for Rue St-Jacques, and turn left at Rue Mansfield. Proceed north to your hotel.

Parking: Ideally you should park at your hotel and walk to the office. Several downtown parking lots are shown on the map, including one directly under our building, and there is limited metered parking on some downtown streets, though it is difficult to find a parking space during regular office hours.

NOTE: You cannot park on McGill College Ave.
